Default Four Stroke?

I have a Saito 100 and I was woundering if there is any moding I would have to do to make it work in my Freya 90, not an EVO....

You'll have to make a new mount, figure out how to mount the fan, clutch, and clutch bell to the crankshaft, and figure out a way to keep the engine cool with less cooling fins to work with. On top of that you will have to figure out a new gear ratio to keep the headspeed where you need it. I'm not saying it is impossible, but there are going to be a lot of hoops to jump through.
