Default Setting up an Evo 50?????

Hey Guys,
I just got a used Evo 50 for my first nitro heli and am setting it up now. I've got it all together and got a throttle and pitch curve set for hovering and an idle up. How do I know how much cyclic input to give it? I did a quick scan of the manual late (2:30 am) last night and didn't see anything about it. I also need to know how much tail rotor input to give it and how to set up the gyro. It also came with a Multi-Gov governor that I will need to set up too. The previous owner set it at 1900 rpm before he sent it to me, so I don't know if that's all that needs to be done or not. Is there anything else I am missing that needs to be done? I am new to the area I live in so I haven't joined a club yet or been to a flying filed to meet any heli pilots. I am going to stop by the local hobby shop today and see if they can put me in touch with somebody who may be able to help me finish my setup. Thanks for any help you guys can give me. By the way, I have been flying planes for 16 years so I am not a newbie to the basics of setting things up, I am pretty confident in what I have done so far, but need to find some answers on where to go from here.

Thanks!,
Todd

Read the article in the link I posted in your other question thread. Let us know if you have any more questions.

1900 is fine for 3d, you can calm it down by running it around 1750 or so.
