Default Hitec eclipse 7, major malfunction

Had a major problem with my Eclipse today. Lost a plane completly due to the problem, after troubleshooting, I notieced something strange happen, something that I'd never seen before on the radio. Once turned on all of the functions in the display window lit up and the battery voltage shows to be 19 volts. After a little bit the voltage drops down to 12. the charge timers shows different times each time you turn on the radio. All of the display items light up.

I checked the model to be the correct model and tried changing out batteries with no change. I tried the radio on another plane and no response from the radio, all of the servos pegs to on position and no response form stick movement. Again model was the correct one.

Please assit
Thanks
Blackie

That's a problem that should definitely be resolved by Hitec's tech support. And don't be afraid...they have some of the best customer service out there!

This is my 100th post! A milestone! [8D]
