Default Mixing on the Optic 6

Hi Mike,
My Eclipse has just given up the ghost. I'm sending it in for repair, but if it costs too much I was thinking about replacing it with a new Optic... Now my question.

I currently slave channel 7 to channel 3 to control the throttles in my twin engine warbird. This way I can "dial in" the throttles by trimming ch7 independently from ch 3 to get the engines in-sync. The optic doesn't have channel 7, can I do this same setup with the Optic and just slave Ch 6 to Ch 3? Does the Optic's Ch 6 have a nice dial trim?

Thanks,
Dave Majchrzak

Default RE: Mixing on the Optic 6

Oops, one more thing.. I use channel 6 for flapperons.... I should've said, can I do my throttle mixing by slaving ch 5 to ch3 and dialing in the trim to sync the engines??
sorry,
Dave
