I am using my Eclipse on the simulator quite a bit now. I've read that it is a good idea to remove the RF module while doing this. Would that be the Spectra module on this radio ?
Thanks

Yep, if your radio has a spectra module then that's the RF module they're talking about.
However, depending on the simulator you're using, you may not have to remove it.
I've got AeroFly Pro and the lead that comes with it has the necessary link to automatically disable the transmitter's RF section so it doesn't emit any RF when I'm using it on the sim.
Many other radios like the Futaba (I believe) don't have this feature.
You can probably check by turning you your receiver when the transmitter is plugged into the sim and seeing whether the servos still move when the sim is running.

Thanks XJet. I do have the Aerofly Pro and you are correct, the RF section seems to be disabled when the cord is connected.
Thanks for your time,
