The basic components are the same, i.e. case, potentiometer, analog amplifier and I believe the motor as well. To verify the motor is the same I'd suggest an email to Hitec Service. I don't have the part numbers for these components.

Thanks

I wanted to know if I was really only choosing gear sets when I pick a 625 vs 635 vs 645 and getting the same servo.

I assume most companies just swap out gear sets on the same servo to reduce cost of production.

I made a boo boo, the case of the 635 IS different than that of the 625 and 645.

Thanks

I did notice servocity lists the deadband for the 625 and 645 as 8us but the 635 is 4us. But you can't always count on printed specs.

I'll have to try a 635.
