Default Please help with my setup?

I am running a Y with reverser in my Funtana 90 for the elevator servos. I have 12" extensions and a 4.8v, 1500 nimh pack in the nose, also on about a 12" extension. The slaved elevator half has centering problems, as in it is slow to find neutral after any deflection in either direction. I am wondering if running 6 volts would solve this problem, or if I may need better servos. They are hitec 425's. The second part to this question is how do I know if my receiver can handle 6 volts? It's an older model 7 channel receiver that came with a hitec challenger radio. My transmitter, an Eclipse 7, won't handle seperate elevator hookups to the receiver, so I need to run the reversing Y or two opposing servos and a standard Y. Thanks for the help!!!

Can you try a wye without a reverser circuit? I suspect this device is the problem. Or how about trading servo outputs from the reversing wye and note if the problem follows the wye or the servo.

Sure, I'll check that today, along with removing the extensions to see if that helps. I'll post back later.
