Default programmer update

ok so if i have my programmer updated will the endpoints stay where i set them or will they still be off.and why when i set up my 5645 servos on my elevators they move at slightly different speeds even after setting them to the speed setting and same db width oh and i have set all my linkages to the same length and hight

The servos respond to command input, mixed channels typically transmit different signals. Several things can affect these variables.

Try this first, use the programmer and record the signal each servo receives and is commanded to respond to. This may tell the tale here but more likely than not you have a disparagement in the linkage system. Even though things appear to be physically matched there exists a slight indifference.

Do you have a device to observe the surface deflection (throw meter)?

What are the specific ATV settings and neutral setting percentages of each channel in play?

i have them y ed to channel #2,the end points whereset using the new hanger 9 digi incedence meter,i have the throws pretty close now but there is a little diff in the speed of each servo even when only pulling back like you were going to flare fo landing.i wish i new more about reading the output from the trans and how to use this to set up endpoints and centers but i guess time will teach or i will just load it all up and drive to your door, only 80 miles south, lookout

If the servos are wyed together there is no concern for the modulated signals as both servos respond to the same signal. Were back to linkage geometry and ratios as well as servo programming.

Can you come up with a couple of 4" photo-copied protractors?

What steps did you take to program the servos initially?

i have a printable protrator to use and i measured the throw on the elevators to set the endpoints and set center, they work pretty close overall but like i say when you move the stick they don't return to center at the same speed.really hard to explain but they are just a little off from one and the other.but then again my prgrammer is 1.03 but as i understand it if i set the endpoints with a ruler they should still work right?
