5955 extension wires??

What gauge is the wire coming from the 5955 servo? What gauge extensions should I use? Twisted or untwisted ?

Hitec digitals now come with HD twisted 20 gauge wire pigtails. Hitec recommends their HD twisted wire extensions and wyes for all digital servos.
