Default Programmer problem

Hi,
couple of questions re programmer.

The voltage measuring menu reads between 6 and 7 volts irrespective of input even when detached.

When resetting to factory defaults this results in a throw of approx plus and minus 20 degrees

Obviously this must be wrong however I need the kit now and therefore need to know if the other functions could be suspect, they seem OK, whats your reccomendation?

I don't understand "even when detached". Please elaborate, is the RX attached and powered up?

Resets to factory default should net 60 degrees throw in either direction.

Sounds like you have v1.04 servos?

Hi,
the servos are marked with a crossed trash can and reset to approx 20 Degrees.
By detached I mean that even with no rx connected to the unit, if one goes into the measure voltage menu it still reads between 6 and 7.
