I have an optic 6 with a Spectra module. I am thinking switching my power source over to 3S Lipoly. Will this cause any problems??

We are aware of some modelers using 3S lipos with satisfactory results. However Hitec does not condone the implementation of a 12.6V power supply with any of our TX's. Damage to the TX/module and the such will be void of warranty service. This is a gray area of which Hitec advises those that ask; said operation outside design parameters are performed at the modelers personal risk.
