i am flying a hand launch glider (similar to XP-4 or Taboo) with my Optic 6 transmitter and 6 channel receiver. i cant seem to get my flaperons turned on without cutting off power to my left side ailerons. i also cant get my flight mode switch programmed for the 3 needed flight modes.
Can anyone help with this????
i believe it has something to do with the S/W SEL switch selection but there is so little detail in the manual.

I am new to this so please dumb it down for this Optic beginner!

I should add that this is a DLG (discus launch glider) and that i am looking to get flaperon control with my left stick (throttle).
