Default Eclipse 7 problem

HI,
Tuesday morning, I plugged in an aftermarket battery for my Eclipse 7 FM Spectra Module and Transmitter and I forgot to check to see if the polarity was correct before I turned on the transmitter. Obviously, it no longer works. I am pretty sure that the Spectra Module is OK for I tried it in my second Eclipse 7 FM Transmitter but I did not check to see if the RF was working. The LCD screen on the second transmitter seemed OK.
I would like to send it back for repair and need to know if you will also need the module and a battery pack. The transmitter is about 2 years old and I now longer have the original shipping container nor the receipt. I Purchased it from BP Hobbies. Can you also give me an idea of what this repair is going to cost? Thanks.

Default RE: Eclipse 7 problem

It depends on the extent of the damage... $25-$50.

Mike.
