On a dual servo wing, in glide/acro mode, I have right wing in channel 1 and left wing in channel 5.
My question is with EXPO. According to the menu screen, the flash 5 only supports expo with channels 1, 2, and 4. Does that mean only one aileron servo would be in expo mode and not the other? What I'm trying to do is dial in some expo along with the high rates, by keeping flaperon/spoilerons (FLP 1) and avoiding a "Y" harness setup. Is this possible?

Mike a follow up if I may.
With dual rates (again Flash 5) which position should the switches be pointed for the high rate? Up or Down?
On the elevator high rate the high rate is engaged with the SW1 being in the up position and the aileron dual rate is engaged with SW4 being the lower position. I've tried over and over to reverse the aileron D/R (with it engaging in the up position) with negative results.
What am I doing wrong? I've called in and the technicians are a great help, but I still can get it. One tech' told me to manually rotate SW4 to get the opposite effect when flipping the switch???

With the switch in the low position you are always at 100% travel. With it in the high position you can set the travel from 0-125% so depending on how you set it up will determain if the high rate is with the switch up or down. With it up, you can only gain a 25% increase over the low rate but it also allows you to use expo. I would set it up with 125% switch up with 30% expo. Use the EPA to get the exact travel you want.
I hope this helps, although I know it can be confusing. You can always call us to help further.
Mike.
