water logged equipment
Month ago I put a glider into a very cold Pennsylvania lake.
Sent the servos and RX (servos appeared to work, RX was dead) to the Hitec service center. Yesterday I got them back completely repaired and the charge was $000.00!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thank you and Hitec and you know I will continue to buy your equipment!!!!

Ya, Mike I have the same positive feedback about Hitec's service policy. I continue to be amazed at how I can send in damaged servos and receivers that are MY fault and Hitec will very often provide replacements at NO COST.
I am certainly not complaining, but most manufacturers use Service and Repairs as a profit center. Can you comment on Hitec's policy or strategy in this regard. ........ and please don't change what you're doing.

Our policy is simple... Go the extra mile to keep the customers happy and they will keep coming back!!! I think we have been pretty successful with this philosophy.
