Default Now what??

I found the screw mentioned in the thread below. Went out in the yard and ran one battery through and was on the second when it started to act funny. Landed and found this.

The little wire with the plastic cover on the end of the antenna lead fell off. No coupon receivers and now this. What do I do with this receiver??

Sorry for the problem... Email: [email protected] and we'll send you another one. The newer antenna's have a fix for this, and shown is the shoe goo mod to prevent this too.

Default RE: Now what??

Thanks Mike,

I will do that right away. I have two others I purchased from Readyheli that look the same as the one that broke. Will they send replacements for those too or do I need to juryrig them with shoegoo? Is it simple to do the replacement?

TONY SAID YOU OPEN THE CASE AND WHEN YOU GET THE NEW ONE IT SNAPS ON TO A POST ON RECEIVER.

DO NOT TRY TO REPAIR THE BROKEN ONE.......JUST GLUE THE ENDS OF THE GOOD ONES......

CALL SERVICE AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO....

I just popped the receiver apart. Changing the antenna will be simple. Just unplug the old-plug in the new.
