RCU Forums - WHEN are programmers going to be available!!

Long story short, I bought the LAST one that my LHS had last night. Got it home, and apparently it was one that someone had returned that had made it back on the shelf... Looks like they might have tried to charge it with the wrong charger, because the internals are smoked, and the thing wont even power up. Wont charge, wont do anything. Luckily, the shop is going to take it back, but they pulled it up on their computer to order anyther one, and it says "temporarily out of production". I called around to 5 other shops, and found ONE. It's been used a few times at the shop, and I'm going to have to pay NEW price for it, but I am in need of it for a new plane, so I basically have no choice. That shop also pulled it up on their computer and found the same thing, "temporarily out of production". This is my first experience with Hitec digital servos, and the Hitec programmer... is this going to be the normal routine? Every time I need something, it's going to be backordered or out of production? I hope not.
