Default Engine bearings

The bearing are shot in my f4.6. HPI doesn't list replacement bearings, just includes them with the crankcase. What size are they so I can get new ones?

I'd suggest RCBearings.com for your bearings. The prices are great.
Front bearing 7mmX19mmX6mm $1.89: http://www.rc-bearings.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=623
Rear bearing 14mmX25mmX6mm $5.39: http://www.rc-bearings.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=964

High speed stainless steel bearings.

I've gotten bearings from there and have no complaints. Shipping is fast, too.

The links I posted to are the same size bearings that the Nitro Star K4.6 takes. Save yourself $20 and get your bearings from RCBearings.com. Boca's are way overpriced. They dont have a "set" for the 4.6, but at the price I wouldn't care.

The bearing I posted will work. By anymeans do your homework. NOT all bearings are created equal. it indeed is a case of getting what you pay for and it's not pretty to lose a bearing due to low quality and cost you more in the long run. Good luck with your bearing swap

Avid bearings are Very good. Again the price is up a little because they are quality bearings. Boca and Avid are #1 IMO. My only complaint is he is in the r/c business and finding your bearings needed is a PITA on his site. Boca does have the search function nailed. I personally dont wanna Mic every bearing I need. He didn't have the engine bearing for my .28 either

yeah , it helps to know what sizes and what you're looking for when shopping avid for sure.
but for plain bearings you cant beat a buck a peice and i dig the sticker sheets.

I would spend a little cash on good engine bearings. Bearings being spun at 25-30 k RPM's would eat up a cheap bearing.
