High power will eventually kill any RC. Do you not feel you got your money's worth out of the stocker? There are very few diffs that are stronger than the bulletproof ones (at least the ring and pinion). Some people change the internal gears, but the ring and pinions are actually fairly 'bulletproof'. 6S electric power destroyed my Mugen truggy front diff in pretty short order, and that's one of the few diffs that I would say is probably stronger than the HPI BP ones. 6S is a bit more power than your nitro engine, but the effect is the same, under high power front diffs will suffer first. Also, did you shim them well (and I mean really painstakingly well), the Savage diffs are VERY dependant on proper shimming to be reliable.

Here is your answer, its extremely strong

Also note that when your jumping which im sure you are if your breaking a BP pinion, dont land with the throttle mashed down. Thats how they break
The 2011 savage X bp diff is very strong as well. My ERCM picco gives those ring and pinions hell. I also run 6s on my flux with zero issues now.

because the vorza cup uses an 8mm bearing which is thicker and stronger than the 10mm bearing which always fails. This setup will allow you to use the same bearings thru out the entire truck. I have over 15 packs thru my XL Flux with zero wear to my bearings. I recently opened the diff up and added more oil then dropped it back in. Keep in mind I run 6s and beat the crap out of my trucks. This mod has been battle tested and works.
