do i need to take the grease in the diffs to put in oil?

sorry about messing up the question. do i need to take all the grease in the diff out and clean it to put in the diff oil?

It would be a good idea , diff oil is usually silicone , grease is a petroleum product , the two probably won`t mix.

ok. i cleaned them the best i could, but its so hard to get down inside the black plastic piece
