i just dont think they look right, they look all out of proportion to me, but i suppose a bit of variation in this world makes things interesting

The kongs do look a bit oversized and silly. but in that way I think it makes a RC MT look like a "real" MT - because those always look like they have oversized silly looking wheels too.

RE: RE:pics of your savages
I do not have a Savage - But here is a link that has pictures of all the RC's I have:
http://studysession.com/our_cars.html
I would only get a Savage if it were electric. I like the Savage, but I am in the process of getting rid of all my nitros for electric. And the ones I am keeping, I am doing my own electric conversions.

Yeah - I forgot it was still up there:

I try to cycle the cideos out from time to time. Thought I deleted that one already.

I have considered selling my savage to fund me maxxing out my Mini-t but I think it would be false economy as I will only wind up getting another savage again in the end and then having to start hopping it up again from scratch.

RE: RE:pics of your savages
I have seen a lot of people talking about a BL savage but that is the first proof I have seen that anyone has done it. Thanks Neil.
It seems to perform as well as a nitro one would - perhaps better than stock looking at the wheelies.
Do you think brushless might be the next big thing in MT's? - they certainly seem easier to use than Nitro. Plug and Play!

Nice video -
The Plettenberg is recommended because they are same people who make the conversion so of course Plettenberg will push their own product. A lot of people use the Lehner basic series motors for 1/8 scale applications.
I am converting my Hyper 7 to all electric myself. I just need a good motor and ESC and servo now. Been talking to different sponsors about different products. This is going to apear in a few different magazines and I want to make sure I have a nice and impressive setup.
As for the video - I love the muppets. That was cool, thanks!
