RTR Upgrades
I finally gave in to my urge to upgrade my RTR Savage 25, neggating eligibility in the bone stock RTR class at my track. I'll have to move up to an open MT class now with the big boys.
I upgraded to a Hot Bodies Pipe and the HPI dual brakes. The pipe has great effects all across the RPM range, from sprinting to crawling. Wheelies, wheelies, wheelies!!! It is also a bit quieter compared to the stock pipe which suprised me. As for the brakes, the stock ones were fine for me, but since the disc blew apart I though I might as well go with the upgrade. They really do increase breaking distances and instead of a roling stop on the track it will actually lock and skid some. Needless to say I am happy with the $$ spent. I especially want to reccomend th HB pipe to everyone.
