cooling head
ok i am having the hardes time geting the cooling head off with the l wrches thhe reson i am trying to get it off is because there is crud in the glow pug area

use nitro cleaner or wd-40 to get the muck out. if you really need to take off the head run the engine for a bit so it warms up then the bolts will un do easily

you may need to dig out the hexs on the bolts, i use a really small jewlers screwdriver. if you don't get them completely cleaned out you run the risk of stripping the bolt heads when you try to loosen them, and if they do strip then you're in a world of trouble.

so what you are saying is that if i spray my nitro clener in there it will get rid of the stuff because there is some metal pices in there i dont whant to get into the engine

the hex screws are 2mm. i never had any trouble withtaking the cooling head off. my nitro car cleaner bottle says notto spray it on the cooling head?

I would do what 8000ft said then use a pair of pliers on the "L" shaped part the the allen wrench to give you more leverage. Make sure that when you put the head back on you tighten them is a criss cross pattern.
