Default pull start

Hey,
Just finished breaking in my SH.28, and on the pull start, the tubing got ripped to shreds, is there any way to get a piece back on there? Can you guys start your stucks with the body on?

I've seen guys use a piece of fuel line in place of the stock piece. On my .21 Savage I can start the engine with the body on. That's why all those cutouts are there

ok here's what i did to fix it, i took a piece of fuel tubing, and cut through one side, strait down the middle, put it around the pull rope, and connected the sides back together with tie wraps, i tried tape, but it wouldnt stick. Well it isnt the fashion statment of the year, but it works
