chip in the block
trying to take out my sleeve and piston was a pain i tried every possible method my last resort was a hammer and thin dowel. Like a caveman anyways i chiped the inside of the block very small hole jsut wondering if this should be replaced now the chip is approximately 2 mm wide and 1/4 mm in depth. I am replaceing the sleve and piston but should this be replaced as well?

RE: chip in the block
I would imagine that even if you got it to run, that the air leaks would make tuning impossible. If you can return your piston and sleeve, you could get a whole new S-25 from HPI for $99. After you buy a new block, and P/S you will have already spent that much
