mach 26 spur gear little to tight i was just climing 50 foot hills is all , didnt now clutch was going out till it was to late.o well you dont brake u aint bashig ha,,,,,savege,mach26,stinger exost,4 bevel gears frount and rear

Looks like those shoes got a little warm, heated the CB and melted the spur. Time for some aluminums and maybe some diff gearing for the steep hills.

Well if the wheels aren't moving freely its sure is going to make your clutch shoes slip unstead of grab the clutchbell its going to cause friction and cause the clutch bell to heat up. thats probably what happened when you were going up that 50 ft hill it was causing so much strain on the car the shoes just started to slip and cause the c/b to heat up and melt your spur gear.

yeah, might as well get a set of alu clutch shoes while you're in there (i assume you'll be getting new shoes), and a steel spur gear maybe, but i've heard those cause more problems too, so maybe stick with the plastic one
