No. If you flip a Savage shock upside down and run it, the fluid will not properly flow through the drilled bypass washer that's attached to the shaft. There will be an air pocket at the begining of the shock stroke. The shocks are specifically designed to have the fluid body at the top.

Instead of bending the shaft in a hard landing, you'll break the shock body. I'd flip em over.

ok i will turn it back. i did not realise i put it on backwards, i was doing in the dark because the baby sleeping
