savage engine question
i have a savage 25 with an sts.28. and the only thing i adjust on it is the high speed needle. whats the difference between the low speed and the high speed needles?

i also have another question: when I leave my engine on it starts moving. is it beacause it has something to do with the low speed needle? the engine speed is too fast when i let go of the controller.
