What do you guys think about that O.S 30vg motor any good??

Heck yeah!I had mine modified and all i can say is dang it's fast.It pushes my savage around like it's a 1/18 scale. Weight definitely is not a problem.[sm=lol.gif]

The O.S. .30 is a good engine but I expected more power from a O.S. .30 , the much cheaper LRP Z.28R spec2 ( made by SH ) is faster than the O.S. .30.

I do not have an os .30 vg yet, but as soon an they are back in stock with the distributor, I am the first one on the list. I am not wanting the fastest, or most expensive engines, just one that will last.

But at this price range and a name like O.S. you should atleast expect the O.S. 30 to be as fast as the much cheaper LRP .28.

I don't know yet if the LRP is better I only ran it for less than a gallon so I am not sure about long term durability but SH makes good engines anyway.

All I know at the moment is that it's faster than the O.S.

If this lrp is so good then why does it chew up con rods then?I know for a fact that my modified os would blow this engine away.lol
