Savage LE faster than t-maxx with 2.5r
I have a Hpi savage LE and my brother has a t-maxx with a 2.5r and he wants to drag race me and I'm not sure if I'm going to win or is he going to win because I know they are both pretty fast but I think mine will win because I have three speed.

also depends what gearing is used in the t-maxx, althought you will probebly lose my freinds revo stock similar in speed to a maxx beats a properly tuned savage le.

Look at nightcrawlers response......
That's what has happened in every drag race that I have done with my LE. I catch them in second and either hang or pass. Tuning is such a variable though that there's no set answer unless they are both tuned by the same person at the same time.
Wait, I take that back. I got smoked by a Revo and a little Losi XXX-NT(?) in the parking lot of the LHS one day. I had a nasty bog off idle and it is a short parking lot. He would have won anyway in that distance. Make sure it's a long race and not just across the yard or something.
