Tight...I was thinking about upgrading to a 3 speed but I think I'll get the more powerful engine first.

On a stock X can you just put the Picco .28 straight in? Or do you have to upgrade any gears?
Should be a drop in other then what you are going to use to start it. I say pull starter as most know it is all I will use.
As I said a couple of posts earlier you need to grind the inside of the engine mount for the Picco .28 to fit.

Also you should use atleast 18/49 gearing with this engine.
