So me and my friend decided to drive trucks, so i bring all my stuff to his house. Everything was ok but she WOULD not start. I had a charged roto batt, the igniter was ok , glow plug was ok also. fresh batts on radio and truck. so the first thing i do is put the glow plug in, then nitro, then turned on radio and reciever , primed her by holding the exhaust pipe , and put the igniter and then tried to turn the motor over with roto, nothing worked i have her gas, almost had her but couldnt. I dont know if it was just the weather(cold)? what should i do , i feel like i have to adjust the throttle like on the radio, how should i do this, any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

take the filter off and look into the carb make sure it's open the proper amount, if it's cold try to pre-heat the engine, also make sure that the cooling head is on tight, mine was looe and i couldn't start it for my life

cold weather actually requires a more rich setting to make the truck run properly. For difficult starts, I will adjust throttle trim so its getting more air and fuel. Check your plug, make sure its not shot. Its possible to over prime and blow out the filiment on a new plug if your engine has good compression especially with a roto starter. They can crank through just about anything!
