hello, i was wondering were that "click" comes from when you shut the motor off. any information would be fine, i'm just worried theres another problem with my X, because after my motors runs for a while then i shut it down, when i move my flywheel too BDC, there seemes too be a little noise between the flywheel and whatever makes the motor "click" i need help is this normal? i doubt it maybe it's a bearing?

Yes that is normal. It part of the start mechanisim inside
the engine.

Look at picture below. the red arrows point to what HPI calls
the starting pin and pressure spring. They fit into the end of the crankshaft
which is the blue arrow. They in turn ride against the starter shaft which is
the green arrow. The large diameter on the end of starter shaft has a groove
in the face which when starting motor catches the start pin and turns over
the motor to start it. When you shut of the engine you are hearing
the starting pin snapping into this groove. Thats all, nothing wrong
with your engine
