diff problems

Default diff problems


if tighten the diff hub down it is notchy and locks up if i loosen it up it works great but it will leak. do they make any shims for this if so where can i get them. any other suggestions would be great. thanks

I found that issue when trying to shim it. Without the shim, I was fine. Shims will only make it tighter. Are you using an aluminum diff cup? Which one?

Are you using diff oil? What weight? How much? Are you using the gasket?

10k in front 100k rear the gasket is being used.

Try getting the alum diff cups. The plastic ones, even when shimmed, will flex a bit under the greater loads aftermarket engines produce.
