What's the deal, is this filter supposed to pop on all the way? Be cause mine does not. It goes on about half way (were the groove is for the carb is) and stops. My motor saver air filter goes on all the way.

RE: What's the deal
It slides down to where the resessed band is around the carb match up the indention on the carb to the one on the filter, then put on your tie strap, or I use the motor saver spring to hold it on.
