picco .28 or lrp
I want a engine for my savage. lrp is said to be great all around engine with same specs a picco but the picco it said to have better acceleration when you nail the throttle were the lrps is slower. can you please list con and pros of these engines. thanks.

i've got both.
the lrp is fully broken in and the picco's got 3 tank's on it.
from what i've seen of the picco its going to out perform the lrp for sure.
my picco .26 out perform's the lrp till full speed.

dyno graphs have actually shown the picco has more power everywhere over the LRP, more bottom and top, but because it has such strong bottom end the top end feels weak, and with the LRP because the bottom end is weak and the top end so strong in comparison it feels stronger, the LRP is defiantly easier to drive and in my opinion a good compromise between performance and not spending a fortune on parts, and it's wicked fun ti drive with in a savage with a 3 speed..
