The best Idea is get an aluminum roll cage. If that is too expensive then Replace the steering and throttle servos with high torque ones, Get a 5 cell hump pack for reciever, Aluminum pipe, and some thicker fuel tubing. The antenna pipe tends to break too. you dont really need aluminum a-arms. The savage is durable to start with

Getting an aluminum roll cage over the stock plastic one is nothing but a bad idea. First off, the aluminum roll cage will transfer the impact to the rest of the truck instead of absorbing it by flexing. Secondly, the aluminum roll cage wont have the engine protector, which is a huge plus. And thirdly, the aluminum one will bend when u land hard on it.

As far as thicker fuel tubing, its not really necessary. The stock fuel tubing works perfectly and will not wear out in time. If ur looking for a different color, sure, but other than that, no point.

The antenna pipe will constantly get shredded and will snap if left in the stock position. But my simply running it through the back of the truck, this will permanently remove any antenna issues.

And lastly, the aluminum a-arms are a downgrade, not an upgrade. Aluminum parts will bend and stay bent. And they will bend much easier than the plastic parts break. And also, if u hit the arms hard enough, u could rip something else, which normally would not have ripped since the arms would have flexed.
