Just asking opinions. Which would you say is better, the Picco P3 .28T Factory Team or the LRP Z.28R Spec 3? What are the pro's in comparison to the stock F4.6?

I think the Picco you are referring to is the bump start engine. It has awesome power and rpm range. We cannot run it in our Savages though. We get the pull start non turbo version.
The Lrp should be a big step up in power and easier to tune and keep tuned. The Lrp is a very nice operating engine.
For the average hobby runner the Lrp is probably the better engine. The Picco will make more power and has a higher rpm band. When properly set up with a good seal and pipe... the Picco can be hard on parts. What a ride though.. BBl

I love my LRP and I almost don't have to touch it. It makes more power with more fuel put through it. I think the picco might be a little more powerful, but more hands on with alot of tuning and more likely to have air leaks. For the money, u can't beat the LRP.

I am running a Tsais header and 053 Dynamite pipe on mine. I triad an 086 on it and it also did pretty good. When you go to the buggy style pipes, you wind up with fuel nipple problems. The Dynamite has enough angle between the exhaust stinger and the fuel nipple to keep it out of the chassis plates. The only reason to recommend Tsais is the price is great and it is a stand alone header.
Tsais and 053 on a Picco...

There is the fuel nipple issue, see how close it is to the chassis plate? A regular 053 is a 35 degrees or so tighter. BB

Awesome, thanks guys. LRP it is. Anyone have any experience with the Buku pipe? Do you guys recommend any other pipes?

I have watched that video a few times, it sure sounds like he is really pushing the lean side of the world on the low side. About every time he runs it for any distance, it picks up the nasty lean cackle and slow idle down or run on. It is lean all the way through, very little smoke ever.... Maybe that is the Buku way, but it would make me nervous. He is getting great throttle response though. BB
