Default what engine

i just recentley bought a force 36 to replace my k4.6 in my savagex, when i bought da force engine i didnt do any research on it and now i only read bad things about force engines so can anyone tell me if this engine worth keeping hold off or should i replace it with somthing else. any suggestions please i was looking at da west 36

If you did some research here you would see that the LRp 28 and Picco 28 are hard to beat for the price. You wont find better power dollar for dollar then these. Get rid of the force. Bigger does not always mean better.

There's different aspects of each engine but overall I'd have to go with the Picco. Very strong engine.

The Picco makes more power and will pull a higher rpm, the LRP is easier to break in, tune and is really trouble free.

My brother has a Force .28 that came on his RTR OFNA buggy. It is 5+ years old and still runs well. It is rather impressive for what it is I thought, he's not real big on maintaining things either. Kind of the pull it off the shelf, run it, throw it back up there for several months. I have seen him run it in the 300 degree range several times as well, he'd be a good durability tester come to think of it....

What is Force's affiliation with Picco? If any?
