anyone having problems with the antenna staying in the slot on the savage xl radio box? is there a mod for this besides a peice of fuel?

I don't have the XL, so I'm not sure what will work, but could you use something like this?

There's some other types.....go to Tower and enter "antenna mount".

i busted the stock pipe who knows how long ago http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXD185&P=7 and i got that, and now i have some issues with them busting right where the pipe goes in but they don't pull out at all and if they i've only had them break 2x on me both in the same spot so i'm gunna put a little fuel tubing over where the pipe goes into the holder, that may work if you don't want to buy new pipes... or a drop of CA

i ended up cutting a diagonal line out of the tube and that seems to do the  trick, with a lil piece of fuel line.
