How much suspension travel does the Savage have ?
I am just curious as to how much suspension travel a Savage has .... The question was asked on another forum as which MT has the most travel, I was just curious what a Savage has..... Has anyone here measured the travel ?

More than a Truggy. Naw, just kidding, I haven't actually measured either...
Just measured the Savage and it has about 3.5" per wheel, from full shock extension to full compression.

i can fully compress my shocks, (at lowest mount point) and have about 1/2 in of exposed shaft this translate to about another 3/4 in on the wheel so if you land off camber, i'd say its a toss up between the savage and revo travel wise

For once I wasn't trying to compare to a truggy ! LOL
But since you mentioned it my Mugen MBX5T has 4" travel in the rear with swaybar connected.....[:-]

Well most truggies have much longer arms (especially most recent generate MBX6T, RC8T, 8T2.0, etc) so that increase the amount of travel.
