Default hsn leaking fuel

I went to start my savage today and when i primed it fuel was coming out of the top of the hsn so I took it out and put a bit a green slime on the thread but could not get a tune on the hsn. The last time I had it out it ran good could it be the hsn o ring thanks andy

You are most likely correct, all of the o-rings used in this entire line of carburetors were too small for the job they do. They also are very easy to tear upon installation. Glen

Or the HSN housing could be loose. Happened to me a couple of times.

No problem man. anytime. It hasnt leaked since, so i think its just a hair bigger which is what it needs to be anyway. i might have to change all my other orings with them since it works so good.
