HPI TF-50 Set Up on Firestorm Nitro - Major issue!
Hi All,
New here. I'm running an older HPi Firestorm 10T Nitro (actually, I have three!).I've just upgraded the radio gear on one from the old crystal type to the digital TF-50 2.4 GHz with associated RF-50N Nitro receiver.
I can bind the transmitter to the receiver, but the failsafe will not work. After trying to set the faisafe, it simply engages/dis-engages the brake on a continual cycle and the failsafe does not come into effect where by it should just hold the brake on solid.
Also had a condition where, if you hold the brake on for two seconds, it then just locks it on - it goes into failsafe.
Very strange, and new to RC, so you help will be welcome!
