Hi,
find a program for scaling at Rainer's homepage:
http://home.arcor.de/rainerstein/afp/index.htm
It's called ZoomTool.
Attention:
This only scales the OBJ file, the geometry!
The TMD will most probably not work any more!
You have to use a text editor to adjust the joint points of aircraft parts, the rotation axis of moving parts, the weight of single parts, the forces and dampers for the joints and so on.
Even with a good knowledge of TMD this takes some hours until you finish your new scaled model with a new setup.
