Default Dell 8400

HI all, i have a new Dell 8400 and a new Aerofly Delux, which includes the game commander. The sim runs fine on my sons computer but will only run on mine untill I disconnect the USB keyboard. Surely their is a simple fix but no one has come up with the right answer. I wunder if I use my JR 10X and the appropreate cables if then it might work. I know others are useing Aerofly pro and my system and it works fine, also if I use a PS2 keyboard ,that also runs fine. ????????

rcpete did you call dell and tell them that you have a device that won't work with one of the usb ports unless you unplug the keyboard?

Let them know about it...

have you looked in your device manager for any exclamation marks next to the devices?

HI, yes I have talked to Dell and they say i must contact the vender of the Sim because since the program is from a third party, they offer no advice, all they say is the vender must make known the setting that have to be made known. I have had several computer gurus try to help but at no avail, all my setting in my computer are OK.
