Will this work with AFPD...what kind of performance should I expect?

Will this work with AFPD...what kind of performance should I expect?
Im currently building a new computer.
Here's the set-up
AMD Sempron 3100+
1GB DDR RAM
Im adding the BFG 3DFuzion GeForce MX 4000 128MB DDR AGP video card tonight. (mainly because its only $62 at bestbuy)
Ive read the "requirements" on the website, but all this video card crap is confusing. TOO many GeForce cards out there. Why dont they just label them as Good, Better, Best.
So should this rock with AFPD. I plan on plugging it into my big HDTV, and running it BIG!!! Should be awesome hearing it in surround sound.
