Try an uninstall and reinstall. You will need to backup your aircraft and config folders. To find them go to c drive, program files, ipacs, aerofly professional. After you have installed, you may replace the same folders in aerofly professional with your backup folders. This will save you the hassle of recreating models and configuring your game controller.
To uninstall/install follow this:
----------------------------------------
There has been a lot of confusion lately on how to correctly install AeroFly
Professional, the Expansion Pack as well as this Update. Please follow the
following order to properly install AeroFly. Failing to do so will result in
a corrupted installation and a complete uninstall might be necessary.
a.. First install the blue and yellow CD which is the main Aerofly
Professional software. It has a version number of V1.2.x printed on it.
b.. Next install the Expansion Pack CD if you have it. The Expansion Pack
must be loaded before you install any patches or updates or you will have to
go through the uninstall process.
c.. At last you need to install this update.
Uninstalling AeroFly Professional
a.. Go into the windows control panel Add or Remove Programs and remove
any Aerofly Professional programs.
b.. Next you need to go into the Windows Explorer and delete the IPACS
folder which is located by default on your local disc C under Program Files.
To get into Windows Explorer you right click on the Windows Start button
and choose Explorer All Users. Choose the local disc C if there is a plus
sign next to it make it a minus sign. Next scroll down to where you see a
folder called Program Files, if there is a plus sign next to it make it a
minus sign. Next scroll down and find the folder called IPACS right click on
it and delete it.
---------------------------------------------
Once you have installed both add-on 1 and/or starflight add-on, donwload the 1.9.7.7 patch http://www.aerofly.com/www/downloads.html and run it. Try and see if this helps.

Thanks Rajul-I did read those instructions but being lazy I was hoping for a work around, thanks for taking the time to help.I do like this sim a lot it has been very helpful for a newcomer to RC.My buddy has G3 and between us we can cover all types of flying.I have even gotten to setup one version of the controller as 3 channel to simulate my trainer.I had no idea the 3 channel was more difficult than 4 channel. What I find helpful is to recreate how I was flying when a crash happened,a great learning tool.I will repost when I have uninstalled and reinstalled to let you know whether or not I succeded.-Teleman55
