has anyone made the Krill 39% Katana for AFPD Delux? I saw a video clip on the website of Krill, but cannot find the sim model...any help would be appreciated!

Should be pretty straightforward to install it as the download is an executable file. All you have to do is the double click on the zip file to extract it, then double click on the .exe file to install the model. The installation will be done automatically.

This model flies great 3D! An excellent model by Dr Karl-Heinz

Which version of AFPD do you have? Do you have any addons?

OK, I tried again...no luck. The plane shows that its in the aircraft file, it reads that the aircraft loaded correctly, I have tried so many different ways...I have no clue, I even had a buddy come over and we still had no luck...any more hints?

I am running AFPD with no add ons...version 1.8.025 or something like that. I have tried re -booting several times...nothing.

I am getting really frustrated...please advise.

When I try to download, am i to make a file in the aircraft section of AFPD the name of the plane I am downloading? Does it have to be exact? OR do I just click OK to everything that pops up?

Can you tell I Really want to download this plane? LOL

You do not have to create any aircraft file in the AFPD directory as the download is an executable file. If you have, please delete it completely or it will not install correctly. Just run the .exe file as I mentioned above and it will install everything automatically.

Then, go to the tmd file in the aircraft folder:

// file: katanak.tmd
// version: 1.9.0 -> change this to 1.8.0 and click save

Your version of AFPD is displayed on the top right corner of the main menu. Please check it and let me know
