Hi I have a couple of questions about my copy of AFDP if anyone could help me It would be great? I bought AFDP just about last October so I have had it only about 4 months and the box said it came with the ADD ON disc For Starflight and there are two discs in the box I Installed them both. I thought that it meant I had already loaded Starflight and when the program loads you can see Starflight loading or at least it looks to be?
So I purchased two new Add On discs, the first is the Starflight disc and I dont recognize the numbers on the cover.
The Version I am running is 1.9.7.3 so I was told that the Starflight disc will update my program?
The next disc Add On #4 and I was told thats newest disc out besides the version 2 that lets you fly full scale planes did I get the correct Add On discs?

Hi viper, if you have addons 1 or 2 (starflight), pls install patch 1.9.7.11 http://www.aerofly.com/www/downloads.html

If you have addons 3 and 4, pls install patch 1.11.7.9. This patch introduces quite a few changes and requires at least OpenGL 2.0. Please only install this patch if you have a 3D-card with OpenGL 2.0 driver support. Do NOT use this patch on 3D-cards older than a NVIDIA GeForce 7000 series or on ATI cards older or slower than the X800 series. We also recommend a minimum of 128 MB of 3D graphics card memory.

Greetings. I don't know if the following info is of any help. Bought Icarus including the True Scale upgrade - which would not open. Matter of fact, my computer didn't even recognize the disc. Later on I discovered that the True Scale is NOT A CD, IT'S A DVD. So, obviously, you must have a DVD reader if you are going to upload that one. Stumped me for a while until I discovered what was going on.

good day! I purchased both add-on 3 and 4 and of course when I installed them nothing worked. After reading the requirements, I realize Aerofly is gonna make me do some work.
First thing, my gaming computer currently does not have a connection to the internet as I use a mobile broadband card for internet access and my GC does not have a slot. Will I have to install a PCMCIA slot in my GC or is there some other way to get whatever driver is needed to do the activation? Also, how can I tell if my GC has Open GL 2.0? AFPD and its add-on disc, plus Starflight, worked perfectly. Is that any indication that I have OpenGL 2.0? If I don't have the OpenGL 2.0, how do I go about getting it?
