Have there been issues with the linux version where planes downloaded didnt have skins when loaded? I have several planes that the skins don't load. its a crap shoot if a plane i download has its skin or not. majority of time the models i download I fly a blank white model.

Hi carlos, the linux version is still in beta.
The problem is that linux makes a difference between lower and upper case letters. Poorly designed
models have a mixture of this in their tmd, tmg and TGO files. That's what causing the problem you're seeing.

Hi carlos, the file case has to exactly match the names in the TMG, TMD and TGO files. If that is not the case it won't
work. It is way too much work! I have feedback this to IPACS and they will try to provide a fix to correct this.
